Baseline and check up to start another round!

Well Monday I started a new full time job!  Yay!  It was a great first day!  Later that night when I got home I got my cycle.  My test was going to be this Friday - the end of the "2 week wait" This put me at a 22 day cycle which is strange....

Went in today for a baseline to check for cyst, if there are 0 then I can move forward to the next round.  Well I had several, and they are huge -  5cm.  That is big when you have a lot.  No wonder I feel so nasty and bloated.  I hate we can't do another round but after we get this under control then we will move forward again.

Tonight I will start my birth control, that should remove the cyst, then we will go back on the 21 and see how things are looking.  This cyst thing is new for me, I have never had cyst in the 2 1/2 years I have been at "CC"

2 Week Wait!

 I am still in the "2 week wait" Our 36 hr mark was Friday before last, so this coming up Friday we can test.  I had 5 Follicles that are of the correct size and a few days for @ 3 more to catch up we think.  I really hope at least 1 or 2 will take!  Fingers are crossed this cycle!

Fun Day with my Le' Chic Models!

Last Thursday Sandra Park came over with her boys, Simon and Spencer. We had so much fun taking pictures of all the kids in there Le Chic clothes.  Her boys model our boy collection.  We had the best time. It was nice to stay busy also while getting over the bad news of our IVF cycle not working.  I loved watching Carlie and the boys play and have fun with there outfit changes.  Simon loved playing with Miss Lady, I think she made a new friend. Came across these Embryo pictures and thought I would add them.  I still can't beleive I have been through 3 IVF cycles.  The first set of embroys are perfect.  Second set of pictures, the first one is nice but the second one is ok .  The third set of embryos which also was a fresh IVF cycle are ok not perfect like the first set of pictures.

Went in for a ultrasound to see how things are going.   Looked really good.  I am responding WAY better on a natural cycle with 150 IU of Follistim then with my IVF cycle.  The IVF cycle I was on 450 IU and it took a LONG time to get me where I needed to be.  I go back Tuesday 3-22-11 and we will see what the deal is as of that point.  I started taking my Ganirelix injection last night along with the Follistim 150 IU and will do the same thing tonight as well and see how things look tmr!

Tomorrow makes it a week since I got the bad news...

This week has been the most depressing, frustrating,difficult and just most of all sad week of my life.  I am not a sad or unhappy person - so this is new for me.  Just a little over 30 days ago this was the happiest time of my life.  I was so READY to move forward.  I can't get over the fact that it is over done with - it didn't work and now we ended up with 0 to freeze. Everytime I do IVF I learn something new, which is great.  We had such good numbers this round. I did learn this cycle that I am scared to death of IVF and I am done with it for now.  Not  going to say never but I don't have it in me to try again after 3 failed cycles.  After we are done with TIC I think we will move on to something that is more of a 100% .
